MARS TOWING is an excellent company with a great experience for customers. The driver was very professional and very pleasant, and the service was great. People answered early in the a.m. and got the job done quickly. In a rain storm, a jump start was provided right away, and expertise was given on what was wrong with the car. The response time was exceptional and communication from the driver was clear from start to finish. The driver was courteous, arrived about 30 minutes from the initial call, loaded the vehicle and delivered it to the service garage as requested. The company worked well with the insurance company, and many customers recommend MARS TOWING for towing and jump start needs.
