“As someone with a severe fear of needles, I was extremely anxious about getting my TB Gold test done. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm usually the biggest baby when it comes to blood draws! However, my experience with Melissa the phlebotomist was absolutely exceptional. For the first time in my life, I felt ZERO pain during the blood draw. Her technique was flawless, and she made what is normally a stressful experience completely painless. I didn't even realize she had finished! Melissa's skill and professionalism turned what I usually dread into a surprisingly positive experience. I would highly recommend requesting her if you're nervous about blood draws. Five stars!”

“The inbooth system was not functioning properly, which caused slightly delays. Unfortunately, instead of having adequate staff to manage the situation, only one staff member was present and left to handle the responsibilities of three people. This individual was clearly trying their best, juggling multiple tasks at once to keep things moving, but it was an unfair and unsustainable situation. With more staff on hand, the impact of the machine failure could have been greatly reduced. As it was, the combination of faulty equipment and insufficient staffing resulted in a poor and stressful experience for both staff and attendees.”

“I went in last night and saw Dr. Perrine - he was super thorough with explaining everything, I was really impressed. He went over my chest xrays and explained what he saw and answered all of my questions. The whole team was all around solid and caring when I was feeling really bad. Definitely recommend this place !”
