However, my experience with Melissa the phlebotomist was absolutely exceptional. For the first time in my life, I felt ZERO pain during the blood draw. Her technique was flawless, and she made what is normally a stressful experience completely painless. I didn't even realize she had finished! Melissa's skill and professionalism turned what I usually dread into a surprisingly positive experience. I would highly recommend requesting her if you're nervous about blood draws. Five stars!”
