poor customer service, called and got told to choose my option which i chose to speak to a representative. waiting a good while just to get sent to voicemail. They’re open and it’s so unprofessional. waste of my time.

Worst bank you will ever go to. Not enough people working there. They have a greeter trying to make small talk with you while there is one teller working and a line of 10 people. No clue why they don’t have more tellers. This place is run terribly.
