I’ve tried another daycare for day boarding on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the difference is night and day. At the other place, my dog Mabel was scared to even walk through the doors. It broke my heart.
But Furst Steps? Completely different story. The second we turn onto Norristown Road, Mabel starts crying with excitement in the backseat—and I mean happy crying. When we pull up, she practically launches herself toward the front door. She cannot wait to get inside.
As a dog mom, that tells me everything I need to know. She feels safe, loved, and genuinely happy there. There is zero comparison between the two places—Furst Steps wins in every way, and we won’t be going anywhere else.
I am so appreciative of the care they give Mabel. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in how the dogs respond. Highly, highly recommend.

My partner and I visited the area and we stumbled across them online and made the choice to visit. The atmosphere was amazing, filled with vintage items all around d the diner. The jukebox plays music from a certain era to finish off the vibe.
Our server TARA was amazing. We felt like we were known for a lifetime. She was quick, efficient, and most of all so friendly.
We were checked on several times, and the owner even came over once she knew it was our first time there, and later introduced her husband.
I wish we lived closer, but whenever we are back in the area, it'll be our regular spot.
Great job to all of you for your excellent service. WE LOVED IT!!!!!!!
