An employee (I sadly never got his name but he was working 4/14/26 around 3pm; has 2 cats at home aquariums) he really went above & beyond in educating and helping me on aquariums/fish. The cashier was also so kind, informative, and amazing.
I usually go to Pet Smart in or North Wales, but I went to this location after a close by appt. I was blown away by the customer service.
It’s the kind of customer service that doesn’t even happen anymore!
This employee told me EVERYTHING to do to start my aquarium. I feel he went above and beyond because he walked me through the aisles and talked me through every option and factor in owing an aquarium - whenever I asked a question he answered very thoughtfully and I did not feel rushed or ashamed for not knowing where to start lol.
He even printed out information for me to take home to help me research more before I come back to buy everything to start my aquarium. The cashier was just as lovely, giving advice on her own aquarium at home!
After coming from being a customer at the Montco locations, I can say I will be going out of my way from now on to this location.
Customer service is a lost art and they really ensured I was taken care of.
I can’t wait to start my aquarium and if you can ID employee please give him accolades!!

Now, as for the quality of the ice cream itself, one must insist upon certain standards. A proper scoop should be luxuriously creamy, with a velvety texture that lingers on the palate--not some disappointing, icy abomination masquerading as the real thing. The flavour ought to be well-balanced; too sweet, and one feels as though they've been accosted by a bag of pick 'n' mix; too mild, and one is left wondering whether they've actually consumed anything at all. Naturally, there is always the question of toppings. A drizzle of proper hot fudge? Magnificent. A scattering of crushed nuts? Delightful. However, one does draw the line at anything too outlandish--nobody, in the history of civilisation, has ever needed an entire doughnut perched precariously atop their sundae. All in all, when done correctly, ice cream is an absolute triumph of a dessert: indulgent, comforting, and entirely capable of brightening even the dreariest of British afternoons. I highly recommend this delightful place.

We came in on a crazy busy Saturday night with a large party and several little kids, and she somehow made us feel like we were her only table. I quietly told her it was my brother’s 40th birthday, and she went out of her way to make it special. Her kindness, genuine care, positive attitude, and attention to every little detail made our entire night.
I waited tables for over 20 years, so I know how hard this job is, especially on a packed Saturday night. Exceptional service is rare, and Molly completely exceeded every expectation. She made our family feel so welcomed and cared for, and she truly became part of our celebration.
Molly C, thank you for making my brother’s birthday unforgettable. If you eat here, definitely request her. You won’t be disappointed!

When I called to make reservations I asked the manager, Gabino, if they could prepare a no carb meal since I started a Keto diet three days ago. They were so accommodating. We had guacamole, shrimp fajitas, and a salad with sour cream. The vegetables were super fresh and the shrimp was delicious. The portions are super big so I have another meal to take home. This Mexican restaurant is attractive and you feel the warmth of the staff as they serve their steaming hot delicious dishes.
