“I like this place,it got plenty of parking .two people at the counter who get you in and out .they keep the line moving.only sometime I believe you can't use cash .the office also help you to connect to the online site for passports. You could talk to someone while you are in line the clients are usually nice and not have a adertude .”
“Very nice, polite and helpful. Went to 2 previous post offices, one on Horsham Rd and the other on Markley St. they were unbelievably rude and wouldn’t even let me make an appt for a passport renewal. Those people are just lazy. The one was excellent on Doylestown rd awesome.”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”
“i came in from Arizona visiting family. I needed a self service kiosk to mail my cousin something before I head home. clean facility and super easy to mail a small box and leave. my cousin will love her mother's day gift, it's much easier to mail to her in MD while I'm in PA.”

“The guy at this office may be slow and thorough but I think he is about the only one that cares about getting your packages out and mail out on time and making sure it get delivered correctly! “Everyone was super helpful and friendly when I visited. I had a complex issue (FTID scam) I did not expect they would be able to help with. The supervisor Linda went above and beyond to write up a letter and provide documentation for a tracking number to help me with my issue. I was really impressed and grateful especially considering how busy they already were.”

“Never had a problem here. It's a post office. Open until 2 on Saturdays. They also have a self-service machine in the front so you don't have to wait in the line if you have a prepaid package.”
“I have always had a good experience at Huntingdon Valley post office. The staff works hard to get us our packages. They are kind and courteous. I have seen people be rude to them and they maintained their composure. “I don’t understand why people give this location so much flack. Yeah it’s not the fastest service but they actually care and give a damn. I didn’t know what I was doing and the lady nicely explained what I needed to do. She even made sure to make the customs form clear so I won’t have any troubles. Worst thing about this place is you might wait in the line for 15 mins”
“I just recently had a surgery on my dominant hand and was having trouble filling out a money order, as well as a priority envelope and to my surprise, a teller by the name Jackie offered to help me fill it out. “Came to USPS 12/31/24 looking for my package that was supposed to be delivered until 1/4/24 but I really needed it for a family get together that night. I went in and the ladies at the front Ms. Shamara and the supervisor Ms.Crystal was awesome with helping me locate my package. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Didn’t give me a hard time at all. These ladies are awesome with their customer service and helping. Ms. Crystal has a good team.THANK YOU GUYS I WILL BE BACK”
“They do FBI check electronic finger prints. They have the machine and it works as of Feb 2026. Very happy to find as the usps website is inaccurate and this was my second location. Was in and out in 10. Thanks guys”
“No complaints from me, thus far. Our carrier Alane (not Elaine) is fantastic and the main PO in D-town is much improved from the dinky little PO we had through the 70's & 80's.My how things have changed.Be patient and Don't come over lunch hour.Come in the AM if you can.A full service PO.”

“Always treated me with courtesy and respect at this location. The lines move at a decent pace. I always have my phone and a downloaded movie to keep myself entertained. There is a lovely Aldis accross the street as well as KFC and Popeyes not to far away where you can get a delicious meal after conducting your business. Great job USPS.”
