“Even on a cloudy gray day, this was a very lovely drive to Factory Antiques. It is a beautiful area with wonderful views. The store is a big, old factory, with three floors of amazingness. Most important was the friendly welcome we received from the gentleman upon entry. You can feel the history within the building ~ it truly seemed as if every piece for sale had a fascinating story behind it. Be sure to read the price tags ~ the descriptions alone of these vintage items are so worth the trip ~ even if you do not make a purchase. Every corner, from floor to ceiling, is filled with intriguing offerings ~ many remembered, many unimaginable. Gorgeous furniture, home decor, jewelry, albums, toys, kitchenware...more simply put ~ e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Plenty of parking, clean store with brilliant presentation and a super kind greeting the moment you enter...we look forward to many awesome returns.”

The associate was pleasant, I asked her for some items and a customer helped me find tissues for the nose. It is a nice sized dollar store, I just hate paying $1.25, it should be $1.00, like the store name says, Dollar Tree. Good night, Google Family.”

Update, store on Germantown Pike has gone to shit. Not sure what happened, my guess most of good staff left and they hired lazy ignorant people. When I've gone last two times store was a mess, stock sitting in isle, rude staff more interested in talking than helping customers. The worst was at check out her big mouth going with other cashier, never acknowledged me, rude and never spoke once or looked at me. Corporate do a better job to retain your staff that took pride in work. The older gentleman, and couple older women I won't say names but they needed to be kept and paid for their value. Glad I have the newer store in Linfield shopping area, nice store always stocked and great staff working hard to keep stock on shelves. I made switch will not be going back to Germantown Pike store again.”
“I have been shopping at this particular Dollar tree for years, and it is the only one I truly like . Mike, the manager is great, polite to his customers, and goes out of his way to answer questions. Yes, sometimes the shelves are in disarray but what stores aren't , especially this time of year? If you have to choose one of the three local dollar trees (Montgomeryville, Lansdale, and North Wales), North Wales is the best one to go to for a good experiencee”
“I like the store for the variety of items. Generally a good shopping experience, unfortunately its usually rushed. It's a shame that you aren't open later. I am someone that works 9-5 and weekends. My off days you are closed. The days I attempt to come I can't get here until you're nearing closing so only have about 20 minutes to shop which is not ideal when you have so much stuff to look at. (Obviously I realize this isn't the same for everyone, but it's my personal experience and may be someone elses too).”

“Cashier Amy was so helpful I walked in searching for items for my teachers, I asked for one thing if had and she walked me to isle, showed me and helped me find a few other items literally and then asked if I needed anything else. Very helpful, professional and just all around nice I love me some Dollar General, so she just put more good into it. “I do frequent dollar stores in several different areas and though the stores carry similar items, they are not all the same. I love this store in Lansdale. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I stopped in for bottled drinks (sweet and green tea), soda, and water. I came away with popcorn, bathing products, batteries, acrylic paint, cleaning products, and razors. I had a cart-full of bags and spent around $50. Items are priced at $1.25.”
“Well let's call for what it is folks. Ashley been working her * off this company and has really done a great job. I also love Mr Brooklyn tattoo. He's kind. I also liked the Puerto Rican lady before them. Dollar general uses people up and disposes them. I'm a white lady and what I witnessed last week was disgusting. They hired two nasty women who were augmentative when I wanted a small refund for being overcharged. They also have low IQS, but I guess Ashley will be fired based on fact she deserves better benefits. Enjoy your bs, God freed the Israelites. No American nor Spanish should be treated so badly.”
