He identified an issue with my account that I did not know was present and spent at least an hour (probably more) on the phone on my behalf in trying to resolve it. I highly recommend him and thank him for all his help in working to resolve an issue with my account that I was not aware existed.”

“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”
