“Hands down, this Verizon store has the most capable and get-it-done guru’s I’ve seen. Technician Eddie in particular solved all problems and got me onto a better plan. I had a legacy Verizon plan that had a meltdown leaving my phone in SOS mode and my other devices on a trickle feed of data. Online tech support and other Verizon stores couldn’t help me. Eddie got the Verizon back office on the horn and fixed problems no-one else could solve. Thx.”

“I’ve been having a hard time with T-Mobile lately. The app is awful. The sales associates are never helpful and I always get the runaround when I call customer service so I came into this AT&T store in Souderton like a tornado. I was met with David and I immediately asked him if AT&T can beat my current situation. He immediately said yes without a doubt so we got into more details and I couldn’t believe how smart he is and how knowledgeable he is without any pressure at all. He answered all of my questions with great detail so that I could make an informed decision for myself. We ended up switching over our phones and taking the Internet and save $100 a month. it was so difficult to deal with T-Mobile to switch over the phones and David explained to us if we ever needed to leave AT&T it wouldn’t be this difficult. My husband‘s current phone wasn’t working too well so we brought another phone and asked David if he could switch it over until we were able to upgrade when the new phones are shipped to the store he had that done in five minutes we were blown away. I cannot believe how easy the customer service is as well as their app. I’m so glad to be done with T-Mobile. Thank you so much David for making my life easier.”
