“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “My right front passenger window was broken into in Philadelphia. The team at Caliber Collision, specifically Christine, was quick to assist me. She was extremely warm, reassuring me that everything would be okay. She acquainted me with what the repair process would look like and was able to schedule a window repair appointment for the next day. In the meantime, she asked the service team to wrap my window (for free) to hold me over for the night since the repair wouldn't be until the following day. Her customer service was amazing, and I wish that service like this could be offered everywhere. Just know that the workers here are willing to assist you to the best of their ability. “Expert service in handling a major repair involving imported parts. The attention to detail and final product is impressive and the fit is a absolutely factory finish. Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic.”
