Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that.
