“As a Charter member, having joined in 1986 when This building was actually a hole in the ground and the foundations had just been poured, it was Club La Maison. I've seen ALL the changes - and lack of changes - here over the years. ACAC came in hot as the new owners and have been glacially slow in making improvements, particularly to the locker rooms, sauna, whirlpool, showers and lockers. They did recently prepare the dehumidification and ventilation system in the little swimming pool area. They've also made some minor improvements to things like drywall and signage and bought some new furniture in the common area.
As for the equipment it's great with a huge selection, but forget a routine if it's crowded.
The jury is still out on ACAC and whether they will live up to the hype they rolled in with. Fingers crossed!”
“I joined Tribe in 2012, shortly after starting my new career in real estate. Before that, I had never really worked out a day in my life. I had no idea what a burpee was and quickly learned all about the infamous beep test (the OG Tribe members know exactly what I’m talking about!).
What started as a way to get in shape became so much more. I was an early morning regular for years and got into the best shape of my life, even signing up for races I never would have imagined doing before.
When COVID hit, I took some time away and tried working with a personal trainer, but it just wasn’t the same. What I missed most wasn’t the workouts, it was the people. Tribe is more than a gym; it’s a community.
Walking back in for my first class after being away felt like Norm walking into Cheers. Everyone knew my name, welcomed me back, and made me feel right at home.
More than 2,000 classes later, I’m still loving it. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are fantastic, and the community is second to none.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be supported, encouraged, challenged, and genuinely missed when you’re not there, I can’t recommend Tribe enough.”

The results she’s seeing aren’t a coincidence; training with Tori at A-Game has been a huge part of the puzzle.
Aaron is also fantastic. He’s the kind of owner who genuinely listens and works with you to make training plans and schedules actually doable. You can tell he cares about every family who walks through the door.
The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. It’s full of good people who know what they’re doing and love helping people hit, or even exceed their goals.
Couldn’t recommend A-Game, Tori and Aaron more.”
