All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and prioritize your safety, but also give you that push when it's needed. And the members are some of the coolest people you'll ever meet! “5 stars because this gym is for everyone. The classes are challenging but very do-able. I’m not new to kickboxing but even if your a beginner, the coaches are awesome at helping with form, and explaining the work outs. Great amount of class times, very clean, easy to find and parking is on sight. Would highly suggest this gym.”
