Oz is a great help! Had a bunch of questions regarding my unit and he assisted me with all of them. No complaints from me!

OZ was extremely helpful today! I was having problem with my log in credentials and with a few clicks he got me in. I was having so much trouble with the connecting to a human on the phone and took a chance by stopping by on a Sunday that someone would be in the office - so glad I did!!
