“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

“Very easy check in. I rent from U-Haul intermittently and always look at this location first because it's efficient. You just need to order your vehicle in advance since it's also a mechanics garage so they don't have a parking lot filled with trucks like the larger U-Haul offices.”

There was a mess up with Uhaul trucking department not notifying me about the changed location of my pickup. The staff were very kind and tried their best to try to get me a truck for my move. I ended up having to pick it up at another location but kindness and information help make a chaotic situation less frustrating. “Absolutely no complaints. I provided necessary info ahead of time via email, arrived Sunday morning just before 9 a.m., and was on the road by 9:15 (one customer ahead of me). Gas gauge was marked at 7/8 on contract, but was probably closer to 3/4. I returned it with 3/4, and was not charged for anything extra. All 3 employees I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were, if not overtly friendly, appropriately professional. Would definitely use again”

“I came to this location to get a trailer hitch installed after a frustrating experience elsewhere. I had originally booked an appointment at another site, only to arrive and be told they didn't have anyone on-site to install hitches. It is baffling that the website allows bookings at locations that do not offer the service.
Fortunately, this location got it right. I booked online, called the day before to confirm, and they completed the installation the next day exactly as promised.
The only downside was the wait time. The job took over five hours, and there was nowhere to sit. They did give me advance notice that the car needed to be dropped off, but living eight miles away without a ride, I ended up walking nearby, browsing local stores, and reading to pass the time.
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the installation was done properly, and everything ultimately went off without a hitch!”
