“I called ahead about a ball python. Upon arrival we met with Vanessa. We had many many questions and she had even more answers. She didn't try to upsell us anything and instead gave options and the quality of those options. She went in the back to search for a kit we found online and found it for us. We then ended up buying more of the higher quality items because we knew the reason why it was better. We are enjoying ssssssnuggles (ball python) and everything has been smooth sailing. 10/10 service. The store itself is very very clean and organized no clutter anywhere. The cashier who checked us out had us laughing and capped off the perfect experience. I cannot remember his name unfortunately. Overall I would reccomend others to come here for pets and pet needs.”
