“I was driving south on Rt 81 from upstate NY to Maryland. Needing to refuel I exited off Exit 143. Pulled up to the gas pumps at Turkey Hill and proceeded to walk inside the establishment to pay. Walked back to my truck and had a 2 gallon puddle of antifreeze under my truck and was steady flowing out. This was a real conundrum due to the time of the evening and the fact I was on travel. Immediately searched for auto shops in the area and one search that popped up was Bobby Auto Repair. The search showed the shop was about 10 minutes from my location. I called Bobby’s shop and he answered in which I explained my dilemma. He did not hesitate and stated that if I could get the vehicle there he would look at it. Turkey Hill allowed me to get some water to fill the reservoir so I could reach Bobby’s Auto Repair. When I arrived Bobby walked out and couldn’t have been any nicer. He literally laid down on the ground looked up under my truck and diagnosed a bad water pump. Bobby immediately pulled the truck in the shop, ordered a new water pump (the place he had ordered the pump stated they couldn’t deliver that late. Somehow Bobby made it happen) and proceeded to work on the vehicle. An hour and a half later Bobby and his mechanic had installed the new pump and backed the truck out of the bay. I settled with Bobby, which he was very fair with the invoice and I drove the last 3 1/2 hours home, safely. Folks it’s people like Bobby who make the world a better place. We all need more Bobbys. Again, a big Thank You to Bobby and his mechanic. You guys helped me through a rough patch. And for that I am very grateful.Service: Engine repair”

They went above and beyond by coming to my work to pick up the car and then to bring it back to me when the car was finished. That's what I called customer care.”
