“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

“Highly recommend this place. Went here for a spray in bed liner after I was told by Team Nutz that they were going to throw sand in my bed to make it a gritty/rough surface. Kevin was super helpful and did a fantastic job. He gave me a great price and the quality of his work was certainly impressive. If I bought this truck used, I would’ve assumed it was factory installed. “I will be going to this O'Reilly location for all my car part needs from here on out. The staff really went above and beyond to help me. I almost didn't make it to the store with my alternator and battery going out. They drove to another store to pick up the alternator and installed it for me (auto part stores typically will not install alternators). The customer service was 10/10 and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative of the team that works at this location!”
