“WOW, just WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Jay as a business owner and worker. I took my car to Jay for an estimate (cash paying) and he had it written up within a day, ready to order the parts. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was ready for pick-up by Friday. Mind you, I had extensive damage that was more than just a fender bender. I hope I never have to visit his business again (for obvious reasons) but I will forever use Jay for auto body work and would recommend him to anyone in need of a repair in a quick turnaround time and a fair price. “I went to this store as the plastic part that attaches my wiper blade to the arm broke. I didn't need help however the gentlemen working insisted and when he looked at the issue with my wiper he went behind the counter and pulled a part off of an old blade and gave it to me. This prevented me from having to make a purchase, impressed the heck out of me that this person (wish I had gotten his name) was more concerned about doing what was best for me even over making a sale. On top of that it saved 2 parts (his plastic and my blade) from ending up in the trash. What a great experience, what a truly customer focused approach, thank you!”
