I need a first time passport for my baby the process was so smooth and fast in 15min It was done also the young man at the office was so helpful he responded all my questions and the greatest thing It was a walking visit. I highly recommend this place I’ll be back for my teenager passport renewal next weekend too hopefully I had the same experience.”
“There is definitely a Post Office in the Ace Hardware store. You do go to aisle number 27 and it's to your right. The only thing I didn't know is that if you take shipping tape off of the wall by the Post Office you have to pay for it at the front counter. I was taping a package while waiting in line, and the post office clerk said that had to be rung up at the front register. No biggie. That is not postal office property so you have to pay for that at the front counter instead of at the Post Office area. So glad there is a post office close to me. I had no idea!”

“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
