“Staff made the transition into Tmobile incredibly easy. Very knowledgeable and kind. Got home internet for only $35 a month. Will recommend this location to anyone. Great deals & great folks. ❤”
“My wife and I went to the Hermitage, PA Spectrum store to get new phones and to transfer data from our old phones. We spent a few hours working with Lisa and she was simply wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the phones, the current deals and the processes of setting up the new phones. Additionally, she was pleasant and fun. We could not be any happier with the visit.”
“Absolutely AMAZING customer service at the Hermitage PA store!! Efficient, knowledgeable, patient, technicians. I'm so happy I left Sprint and joined Verizon. The money I'm saving is great and the professionalism of the staff is refreshing. In the midst of the pandemic all safety measures were taken.”
