“We had such a wonderful stay at The Hotel Hershey! The property is absolutely beautiful—elegant, grand, and impeccably maintained. Everything felt so clean and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping was especially impressive—our room was spotless and refreshed daily with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many fun activities, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting for families. “Update November 2025. Classic Courtyard Marriott. Does have small bistro. Rooms are spacious. Location close to Hershey restaurants and attractions. Exceptional guest service from Amanda and Duana. They made our stay so enjoyable last month when we traveled down to Florida that we felt we had to book again at this Courtyard Marriott on our return trip. I've spent my career in sales, marketing and advertising and these two employees best represent the Marriott brand of customer centered service. In travelling from NH to FL, we have stayed in small boutique hotels, inns, b&b's, vrbo's, yet these two made us feel most welcomed and so well cared for during our stay. My husband and I hope management recognizes these two outstanding employees. We will be back again because of Amanda and Duana.
October 2025: Great stay, very friendly and professional staff, good location. If traveling I-81 its a bit off the beaten path but Hershey is a really cute town.”
“Not very far from Hershey Park. Room was larger than normal. Comfortable king mattress. Room had sofa, desk, fridge and microwave. Indoor pool. Exercise Room. Free hot breakfast. Service was very good”

“This motel is downtown Hershey and was a great location. The clerk in the office was polite, nice and ready to assist us with anything.
The only drawback was the shower pressure was weak.
We will be back again!”
“Their on property resort… old school charm.. cool smaller indoor waterpark for the kids… rooms were nothing crazy, but clean and located in the middle of everything… only a mile down the road to all the attractions…”
