“We bought 4 beautiful kitchen stools 4 years ago. The swivel on one of them seemed off so I ensued the company on Wednesday about 7pm and I received a call in less than 5 minutes. The checked out my order and told me to bring it into the shop for a repair. I received it back after one day fixed and no charge since it was under warranty. Great product and amazing customer service. .”

“We had an outstanding experience working with Christina McCrystal, our in-store interior decorator at Hendricksons Furniture. She helped us select and order a custom dining room table, dining chairs, rug, coffee table, and two swivel chairs, as well as wallpaper for two accent walls and even paint colors.
Christina truly went above and beyond our expectations. She created comprehensive 3D drawings, visited our home, and thoughtfully worked within our budget while helping us pull everything together beautifully. One thing we especially appreciated was that she found pieces that were not in the showroom but perfectly fit our style, which showed us that Hendrixson’s offers so much more than what you initially see on the showroom floor.
She also did a wonderful job designing around our existing pieces and incorporating our sentimental accessories, so not only does everything flow beautifully, but the finished spaces still feel very personal and meaningful to us.

“We bought our patio set from Gasper Exterior Furnishings a few years ago and recently had an issue with the firepit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had discontinued the model — a higher-end unit that still looked like new but had stopped working.
Eli and the team at Gasper were absolutely AMAZING. Instead of trying to sell us a whole new firepit, Eli connected us with George to repair it and even worked directly with the supplier to locate and order a replacement insert. That kind of service — years after the original purchase — is almost unheard of.

“Have purchased teak patio table and chairs years ago Twenty or soA grandchild sat on the end that was extended and snapped a runner, they fixed it and returned the table looking like new. Their Adirondack Teak chairs are so comfortable and wear well. They just make great furniture made to last”

“Diana was our server and guided us through the menu making great suggestions. The cocktails were terrific - I had the torched orange prosecco. I enjoyed the scallops and the green beans were cooked to perfection. Enjoyed cappuccino and shared the dessert, a type of custard that was delicious! The room was beautifully lit and surrounded with plantings which created a serene atmosphere for us.”
“I purchased a beautiful large print from Melinda. When I went to hang it, part of the resin frame buckled and broke into several pieces, compromising the frame. Melinda and her team were great to work with me to document the incident with photos and reach out to the manufacturer. I had my new replacement piece several weeks later. “I had such a wonderful experience at Target thanks to a young lady named Seline who was working at Guest Services. I was making a return on an item that happened to be on sale, and I planned to repurchase it right after. Seline was so knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my original payment was split between cash and a gift card, and she made the whole process easy to understand.
I also mentioned that I can’t stand the scratchy residue from the security stickers and that I get nervous around the scanning gun. She was incredibly patient and respectful about it, making sure to only scan when I stepped away. When it came time to handle the gift card, she was so thoughtful and offered to take care of the scratch-off part herself on the other side of the counter to make things easier for me during the repurchase.
After the return, I came back with a few more questions and asked about another item I couldn’t find. Seline didn’t just point me in the right direction; she personally walked me over and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
It’s rare these days to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness and patience. Seline truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I left feeling very appreciated as a customer. Target is lucky to have her!”
