“Robert is the most hands down most genuine person my husband and I have ever gotten a phone from. By the end of the night he wasn’t just a person selling an iPhone to us but he became somebody we truly enjoyed talking to and getting to know. He answered all of our questions with care, he went into detail, he helped us get the best deal possible, He stayed later to help set up my phone and through all of that learned so much about him. Also Robert. If you’re reading this. You aren’t wrong. Your lie in April is SO GOOD.”

“I had an outstanding experience with T-Mobile, thanks to their representative (Joe Brolin) at the Sam’s Club kiosk. Not only did he help me get a fantastic deal on a new phone and service, but he also guided me to extra rewards points through my Sam’s Club membership. A couple months later, when I ran into a hiccup connecting another phone, he went above and beyond—spending over 30 minutes troubleshooting until he solved it. His positive attitude and genuine care made all the difference. I truly appreciate it!”

“The mall location representatives are so much nicer and more helpful that the Plesant Valley store. The Blvd store was RUDE AND DISSMISSIVE. Marc from the Logan Vally Mall was such an amazing person to deal with. He was helpful and so polite. I will NEVER deal with the other store. Customer service goes a long way and thankfully Marc from the Logan Valley Mall location understands that.”

“Kim the general manager was helpful, patient and made my experience effortless. She helped me deal with the representatives on the 611 line who were very difficult to understand and could not clearly articulate my needs and concerns. She helped through the whole process and I am grateful. She made a horrible and stressful experience more tolerable. I don't know what I would have done without her assistance.”
