Most cell phone repair shops do not care about you and more about the money. While with idan and sori it feels totally opposite. They care about you more than money. “I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”

“Today I had to purchase a new iPhone. I procrastinated in doing so because I remember it being such a hassle and taking so long. Josh made this process quite the opposite experience of what I anticipated. Everything was done in such a smooth, easy and quick manner. His explanation of everything was expressed in such a way that processing it all was not overwhelming. Josh and Kyle were both so accommodating with all of my husband and my questions. The people that work behind the counter are the ones who make or break a sale. These gentleman are those you would want to be communicating with and making your purchases from. I walked out feeling not only relieved, but excited over my new purchases as well.”

And they were super funny and relaxed ,if my phone breaks I will definitely be coming here he also got a free phone case as well because he told the person at the front he needed a case but after find out how much it was he changed his mind but the person at the front was so genuine and gave it to him for free and told him not to worry .

Anyway, I wasn’t sure how to change my iPhone XR SIM Card to another phone that my mom used to have.
Rose was so helpful. I actually had to go twice within an hr bc I couldn’t figure it out on my own. lol

“My wife and I had a tremendous experience at the AT&T store at 1100 Baltimore Pike recently (2/11/2026 at 5:30pm). We had purchased a new cellular iPad and were having trouble transferring the service from the old one to the new. The associate at the store, Shay, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and solved our issue in under 30 minutes. What more can you ask?
Shay was a great ambassador for AT&T. She also discussed other plan and service options with us in order to reduce our costs - and while we didn't choose to make those changes on this visit - you can be sure that Shay's outstanding customer service will be the reason we come back to do so in the future.”
