Ok I just bought a shirt at this place but the 3 women here must've forgotten their klan robes at the house. Walking in this store while Black feels like a blast from the past, extreme Jim Crow energy. After I bought the shirt they did not say thank you and did not ask me if I needed help while I was looking around. If you check the reviews it looks like a recent man had a similar experience there must be something to this. Management needs to get this fix ASAP. Americans need to come together at this time and get off the petty skim color thing especially since my ancestors were here before the constitution was written.

I just stopped in for the first time, and I must say the customer service was nonexistent. The only time someone spoke to me was when I was at the cash register ready to be checked out. It was hard for me to spend my money in there because of the customer service. No matter how busy you are , a quick hello or acknowledgment only takes a second and can make a huge difference between good and bad customer service.

My go to Express store in town. Always clean and some of the staff are very friendly while some don’t care. Get seems good deals sometimes. And right in the waterfront shopping centre

Great location and excellent choices at this Outlet. I always get out with buying something or other. Staff are friendly and assists you in anyway needed. They have always some sort discounts, offs etc.
