“Pretty Birds is the ONLY place I will EVER go for bird grooming. I have 2 parrots, an African Grey and a Yellow Naped Amazon. "My birds bite," I said. And in response, Don handled them like they were old friends! No biting, he even shaved their beaks and they didn't even cry! Don has love and compassion for birds and their humans. I learned more from him than anyone in all my years of having parrots! Pretty Birds is a Bird Boarder. Be sure to make an appointment for your bird's grooming needs.”

“This shop has multiple very friendly workers and an amazing variety of organic and healthy treat options for dogs as well as cats! The biggest thing I love about this shop is that they have a ton of toys safe for dogs who are chewers that aren't $20-$40. They also offer food samples if you're looking to switch brands.”

“This was my first time using The Dog Stop service. I must say from my initial call to picking up my pet I was impressed. I called the day before to ask for pricing and availability. The young man walked me through the online registration process. There I was able to create an account and make an appointment because the website was user friendly. The day of my appointment the staff was super nice and took the extra time to answer questions I had. I dropped my pet off and he was ready within a couple of hours. I was satisfied with his grooming and the service I received. Also, there prices can't be beat. I will be back for sure. Great Job Team Dog Stop!!!”
“My 8# Yorkie had been injured by a groomer at the Dog Stop on Washington Blvd. I waited 3 months b4 taking her anywhere for grooming b/c I wanted to allow Lilybear to decompress from her trauma. A friend recommended Janice and despite the fact that LilyBear immediately attempted to bite Janice, Janice persevered & was able to complete a mini groom. I’m so grateful - hopefully, next time Lilybear will be a little more calm. I’ll definitely return!”

“I may be biased as I am married to Ryan, and we have known Brad for many many years, but I love this little store! Even if I didn't know them, I'm sure by the end of a first visit I would. They are both knowledgeable in many different animal care aspects. They have high quality foods, toys, litter (I want to cry when they are out of my favorite one!), treats, and more. Make sure to stop in and say hi! You may even get to see one of the visiting foster cats up for adoption!”

“Finally the Petco in Monroeville has a Groomer, And she is wonderful her name is Charlie she was great with my long haired Chihuahua groomed perfect!!!! We will be back :) 12-2-2022 Took us on time and was done earlier than promised I'm so happy :) I believe the grooming dept was closed for around 6 months I have been to two other groomers in the area nothing like Petco !! Thank you for finding a good person for the job.”
“I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.”

“This Petco store sells merchandise such as foods, accessories, beds, carriers, toys, and hygiene products for dogs, cats, fishes, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small household pets. When I shopped in this store, I bought my cat's favorite flavors of wet foods for a typical price. The prices, however, for her dry food, toys, furniture, and litter were higher than what I could get online. The cashier did a very good job of ringing up my purchase. This Petco also offers grooming, training, veterinary services, and adoptions.”
