“This is a great little shop! I came in looking for a specific food for my lab with food allergies and the owner got me something better quality. “I have shopped here in the past, but never needed any assistance until the last time I was there recently. I came in to get some special cat food for my cat who was having a lot of dental surgery. Zack helped me pick out some good, nutritious, and easy to chew dry food for my cat and some treats. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, he showed me several different options of food and explain why they were a good choice. I bought one of the bags of dry food he recommended and my cat/cats loved it so much that I went back there the next day and bought it in another flavor. He also gave me a bunch of free samples for my cats to try. Also, Kaylee was VERY HELPFUL and KIND the next day when I returned. I highly recommend this pet shop as they have great quality product, good prices, and WONDERFUL employees that actually WANT to help you. They are super knowledgeable on all the products in the store, very friendly, and very caring.”

“Wide variety of cat and dog foods. Large selection of fantastic quality treats and supplements. Fair prices. Parking can be difficult if there's more than 2 people picking up but it is worth it. I think this food has kept my dogs healthier than commercial dog food ever could. I used to source everything myself but this is much more convenient.”

“Pretty Birds is the ONLY place I will EVER go for bird grooming. I have 2 parrots, an African Grey and a Yellow Naped Amazon. "My birds bite," I said. And in response, Don handled them like they were old friends! No biting, he even shaved their beaks and they didn't even cry! Don has love and compassion for birds and their humans. I learned more from him than anyone in all my years of having parrots! Pretty Birds is a Bird Boarder. Be sure to make an appointment for your bird's grooming needs.”

“Store owner Amber was very nice and very helpful. I started feeding PetWants salmon kibble in Oct 2025 with great results - my dogs eat it readily and their coats are improving. I'm so glad that there's a local distributor so that shipping is no longer needed. Thanks, Amber, for the wonderful customer service and I'll definitely be back!!”

“As someone whose dog is their pride and joy, I wouldn’t take Pippa to daycare anywhere else. The staff is so kind and I feel like they’re my friends when I walk in the door. I love being able to watch Pip on the cameras and daycare and partake in delights when she boards. We love it here, 11/10 tail wags- Pippa Pig”

“Everything went very well while I was there. Everyone there was very nice. They treated my kitten very well. I hadn’t been to an Animal clinic in quite some time and I didn’t think it was going to cost as much as it did. I’m sure it’s a lot less than a regular veterinary office.”

“Glynn has been servicing my 72 gallon tank for close to 10 years now. He has a wealth of knowledge that he draws from to give you the best and most appropriate service to keep your tank alive and healthy. Whatever he’s suggested has always worked. I’ve had tanks most of life and dealt with a lot of service people over the years- he’s the BEST. My advice to anyone looking for a custom build, someone to service a preexisting tank, to add fish or anything that has to do with tanks- STOP and call Glynn- you’re done looking!”

“These guys are really fabulous - they rescued my manx cat Dexter who was afraid during a move and hid in a tunnel behind my sink that I didn't even know existed. They left a wildlife trap and in a couple days he came out to eat and they got him. He was treated well and held in good conditions in their kennel until we could pick him up. These people really care about animals and absolutely go the distance, can't say enough good things about them.”
