“I had an excellent experience at Carstar. The quality of work was outstanding - they completed everything professionally and thoroughly and 10 days earlier than an estimate time! Kelly and other staff are friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, they took the time to explain what they were doing along with sending automated messages to give me an update of my car. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and will be returning for future car service needs. Great job all around!”

“Recently took my sons 2014 Nissan Frontier to Dave for inspection and service. Communication throughout our transaction was excellent as was his work and the price was fair. We had recently purchased the vehicle from Wrights Nissan in Wexford and took it in for annual inspection. We were disappointed by the amount of work needed so soon after purchase and shocked by the price the quoted for repairs. Dave had the vehicle in on Tuesday returned on Friday morning, all repairs complete, truck is running great for 1/3 OF WRIGHTS QUOTE. Recommend Dave McCauley highly and he will be our mechanic for all three of our vehicles going forward.”

“I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!”

“Hands down, the best customer service in town! Heidi & the Mechanics are honest, fair and professional. I’ve been to so many shops where they overcharge for the service or outright lie about what you actually need done. I never have to worry about that w/Heidi. She’s gonna give it to me straight and if she can save me money she definitely will. If you’re looking for a great car care shop, I would definitely recommend Petermans.”

“Courtney’s did a fantastic job on my brakes and tires, their customer service is professional. This last time I brought my truck in I thought I needed rear brake pads but instead JP at Courtney’s let me know they were in fine shape and did not need replaced. Unlike many dealerships and care service centers that would’ve done the brakes or not and charged me, Courtney’s did not. Thank you for the honesty and integrity. Would highly recommend.Services: Tires”

“I didn't actually use this service because Pittsburgh PD stated that only "their" service was permitted. This is a being a basic decent human review. A couple of your guys showed up after I had my very 1st car accident. Out of everyone I came into contact with; your guys helped me through it. I understand everyone has a job to do but sometimes its just someone being there talking to you helps the most in a moment that you feel so alone,, exposed and mortified .I really wish I was able to throw some business your way. If needed in the future you're om my list”
