First time getting a passport here! The service was so wonderful, there was only one woman working the front and even with a line she was so kind and made the process super easy and speedy!!! I would definitely recommend coming here!! Especially for a passport!!

This has to be the worst post office ever. Wish I could give zero stars. Several of my important packages have been delivered to a PO Box which I don’t own. You call to speak to someone and they just tell you anything. “Oh it’s in route on the truck on its way to you”. Meanwhile your package was delivered to the wrong address and they’re telling you anything. Clearly these people don’t care where they deliver your packages to. I have packages coming from Las Vegas Nevada and never have any issues with it getting to Pittsburgh until it gets to this post office. Unreal!!!

Always supported USPS as a small business owner. About 3x a week I send out my mail first class around and that’s around 70 cents to 1.40. Now I can’t mail anything for under $5.

I've experienced Mail being delivered to my Mailbox which isn't mine on more than one occasion. My Box is clearly labeled inside with my name and box number printed on the door. I have spoken to the Homestead Manager and also the Carrier and it continues.

I did not know one could have a pleasant experience getting passports especially with kids. Alti was so amazing. It was not stressful at all. She managed to get good passport photos of our 3 year old who was refusing to sit in the chair or have his photo taken. Highly recommend this location if you need to renew or get new passports for your kids.

Dana is the best! Nobody could have been more patient, helpful and knowledgeable when processing my passport application. I remember her from last year when she helped my daughter and she was just as awesome. All the staff in this office were efficient and pleasant.

If you own a business, do not use this location to drop off shipments. My items were dropped off last Thursday. They still haven’t been scanned in (yet I paid for tracking).
I have to drive to post offices because I’ve learned not to trust random mailboxes. This shouldn’t be the case. But when you drive out of your way to a location and they still can’t do the job, it makes you wonder.
I’ll be reporting this to the 1-800 number too, like it will matter.

Perfect experience. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I needed to mail my son a new cell phone and I admit my handwriting is absolutely abysmal, but the employee was nothing but amazing and helped me profusely!I really appreciate the time she took and the help she gave me. Thank you!
