My elderly mother purchased an iPhone 15 a few months ago after her older iPhone died. Whoever she dealt with took advantage of her and ripped her off. Someone took the brand new iPhone phone charger out of the box and replaced it with an old, used Verizon brand charger. They also upsold her a magnet charger that she didn't want or need, but the salesperson misrepresented the product so bought it because she thought she needed it. Its useless. It's too late to rectify it now and I have since replaced the garbage charger by paying out of my own pocket. Whoever did this was intentional about taking advantage of an elderly customer and they should be ashamed of themselves. Verizon needs to beware of who they have working in the Homestead Waterfront location.

A friend of having phone problems took to Verizon, inadequate service, they seem to give the vibe that if you weren't buying a new phone or new service they weren't interested in your problem. My friend was a Verizon customer

The most disinterested staff I’ve ever seen in a Verizon store. Came in with a few questions and the staff just seemed bothered that my presence interrupted them looking at their own phones.

This is the absolute worst verizon store I have ever been to. I wish I could give them zero stars but that wouldn't give me to opportunity to inform the public how astronomically terrible they are. my story is too long to write out so I hope you trust me when I say do not go to the store or they will mess up your bill and phone plan. I will admit that they are very nice people and very kind but they don’t know a damn thing about what they are doing.

Disappointed in my experience today. Went in for an upgrade and the guy that was going to help me had a really bad attitude about me wanting to upgrade before the new iPhones came out. I asked if there would be a better deal if i waited and he just muttered under his breath. Went to a different verizon store and had zero issues upgrading and pre-ordering the new phone. Won’t be going back to the waterfront location again.

This visit to Verizon is much like any typical one that you may encounter. However, when you walk in, you need to give your name to someone and wait to be helped. It really is not a self serve shop that I was used to in North Carolina. While I just needed a windshield mount for my phone, I needed to grab on and go.I give cudos and 5 stars for the quick service that I was given, however, Verizon might want to place a lot more product out in the shop. Hence the three star review.Great if you need granular help though!

So I just joined verizon Wireless two days ago, and the rep told me I would ha e full 5G service. Standing outside, I get 1 bar of 5G, and inside, I get zero to 1 bar of 5G. Supposedly, having the best network means no service.

John went above and beyond helping me find a case for my phone. Excellent customer service. Had difficulty buying a phone at another Verizon store, but the employees at this store were very understanding and helped me get what I wanted.

Quick and easy purchasing. Luke was very helpful and got us everything that we needed. He also set it up in store so we walked out with a fully functional phone with no issues! Quite pleased.

My son lost his phone in the river, so we had to swing by and get him a new one. The water phone was an iPhone 13 pro, and he picked out the new 14 as a replacement. The fellow that helped us was nice enough, but the up-sales and fees that go along with a new phone are exhausting. Also, the fellow went to the back room a couple times, without explanation once for what was an annoyingly long time, so we asked another employee what was going on. We finally got through it...but I sure hope the kid's more careful with this new phone, as I have no desire to go through this again.

I’m very disappointed with this store and Luke. We switched our service from T-Mobile to Verizon. My daughters are in Pittsburgh, I’m in a different state. The person that helped me assured me it was an easy process to get their phones switched over. My daughters went to this Verizon store to complete the transfer. They reached out to me when they were done, and there are two completely new numbers texting me. I asked why their numbers were different. Luke apparently asked if it was a transfer or new numbers. They said transfer. Why did they get new numbers? When my daughters went back to Verizon to get everything sorted out, no one would help them. They were told it was probably a T-Mobile thing. My older daughter had to get on the phone with Verizon and handle it all herself. Kudos to her for being an adult and handling it. Fail to Verizon and Luke for not doing this correctly or help fix it. Find a different Verizon store if you want better service.
