“I had my Generac generator installed in December of 2016 and they took care of everything except the propane tanks🙂. They are scheduled every year for PM service and my unit is still going strong. I do get a kick out folks when they ask about why it is set so high on my property. Look at the picture - this is why.”
“I visited this Harbor Freight on 5/23. Although I never have anything bad to say about any of the locations I have shopped at, I just wanted to mention that this location is extremely clean, usually well stocked, has a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The manager Jay appears to be always working on the floor. He personally approaches customers to assist them. While I was considering purchasing a storage cabinet, he made some recommendations to me based on my needs that I had mentioned to him and saved me from making a wrong choice. Even after my purchase was completed, the manager along with a staff member loaded the cabinet into my pickup truck for me. Thumbs up to this location and staff.”

“Went to Home Depot two times today and recieved help from a new employee Justin . He wasn’t from the bath shop and took the time to show me surround tub and shower items which made me confused from the start . He was happy to help even though he didn’t have knowledge in that department. I did speak to the manager about his kindness and helpfulness and told him to hang on to this new guy because he rocks ?
Came back and had to purchased a gas dryer vent hose combination and was helped by Mitch . He was dressed like a manger and walked with me over to that area showing me exactly where items were . I appreciate the professionalism from both employees and hope they are around for a long time! Everyone employee needs to take this as an opportunity example of good courtesy and customer service!”
