“I would of gave 5 stars but they have a system set automatically that if it detects anything that looks suspicious with debit card activity that your card gets blocked immediately. This is a good feature but Everytime it happens then you have to call the bank and go over transactions that don't look right. The only problem is since it's done automatically and the system doesn't like a certain charge even though you made the charge it still blocks your card. I had to call the bank 3 times in 1 week and that's just ridiculous. Something needs to change with this system. And if you didn't make the charge then you have to wait 5 to 10 business days for a new debit card. I mean it is a good feature but not if it's going to block your card all the time.”
