This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. I would definitely recommend renting an apt here!”

“I've lived here for 6 years and can honestly say I will miss this apartment building. Ashley and Lori at the leasing/management office are so kind and helpful, and Sadat is so friendly and great with maintenance requests. You stop noticing the train after living here for a while, and the building is so centrally located in Hatboro that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Pet owners are all friendly with each other, and we've loved our neighbors. The long wait list to get into an apartment here was so worth it!”

I had a water heater problem that no one was able to fix but Ray took time out of HIS vacation to come & fix the issue within minutes. If there are any problems, there are very few, the maintenance team responds quickly to take care of the issue.
The complex grounds are beautiful and we are surrounded by a beautiful park, tennis courts, track, baseball and soccer fields.
If you want a place to live that's safe, well maintained, and beautiful Elkins Park Gardens is the place you want to be!”

“I've lived here for almost two years and it's a very nice place to live with plenty of amenities, including atypical ones like additional parking garage storage cages, a pet spa, and clean, well-decorated common spaces if you just need to sit while waiting for something. Valet trash is a great service, but non-optional, so if you're unable to get your trash out on time due to your schedule/work hours, you're essentially paying for a service you can't use—the complex also features Luxor lockers which are an amazing resource when everything works, but sometimes tracking down your package is a total nightmare if it's not at your actual building, but that's a delivery issue, not really the complex's fault.
Property Management is VERY friendly and were able to help me with some unique complications, and the maintenance crew are stupid fast—I've only had to put in a repair ticket once, but they fixed it within hours of me submitting a request.
Overall, it's way more good than bad, in a great location with tons of restaurants, and is kept clean. Tenants mostly keep to themselves, but are usually pretty friendly when you run into them. If you're interested in living here, take a tour and see for yourself!”

“After living at Algon Flats since September 2020, we are moving due to work, family, and my wife’s business. I want to take a moment to thank the management team—especially Cindy—for taking such great care of the property and the residents.
I can honestly say the apartments and overall property are very well maintained. Anytime we submitted a request, it was handled quickly—usually within 24 hours. We never had any major issues during our time here.
There were a few vehicle-related incidents over the years, but that’s something that can happen anywhere and was not a reflection of the property itself.
In my experience over the past six years, the area has been very quiet with low crime. I never personally experienced or witnessed any major problems.
The building is older, but we never had issues with bugs, mice, or anything like that. As long as you keep your space clean, respect the property, and pay your rent on time, you should have no problems here.
Move-in was smooth, and even our move-out process—though happening a bit early—is going just as smoothly.
After six years, this place will definitely be missed. And Cindy—she truly is the best.”

“Living in Corner Grove 2-bedroom unit for two years so far and overall have a great experience. The building is very quiet, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home. One of the things I really appreciate is the keyless entry system—super convenient and secure.
The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, with enough room to spread out comfortably. Having a dedicated parking lot is also a big plus, especially in a city setting.
The office staff is always friendly and helpful—especially the new woman at the front office, who is approachable and makes any tasks feel easy.
