“I joined Motivators during a free workout week. As an older man who trends to more cardio, I started having some knee issues and my jogs turned into walks.My wife insisted that I start some weight training to gain muscle, keep active and help lose/maintain weight.I now have been a member of the gym for four months, have lost 15lbs, strengthen my knees so that I can actually jog again (on my off gym days) and I owe it all to Kate (and my Wife for getting me to join).The workouts are moderate to intense and hour long, but broken up and different every day so you are never bored. The other members are very friendly with no attititudes, its a pleasure to workout with them in the morning!The cost of the membership may seem a bit high as compared to the sweat shops in the area, but you truly you get what you pay for with immediate results - you are never lost on what you are doing for a workout and a trainer is always by your side to help with positiong and necessary modifications. Feeling So Much Younger - It's a Good Place!”

“I have enjoyed working with Mike Katz, master of MAD Fitness, since I started working with him last year. Mike is a true knowledgeable professional. He pushes me to make progress every week. I have accomplished weight loss goals, health goals, and fitness goals. I very much appreciate my friend Jerry for introducing me to Mike. My weight is down 15 pounds, my diabetes is under much better control, and I participated in my first ever 5K race. Mike drove an hour each way to cheer me on in my race! I was very impressed! “Tried T1 a few years ago under previous ownership, it wasn't a great fit for me. After checking out T1 a few months ago I knew this was a great community to join. Kevin and Jen the new owners are running a great gym. Hands on coaching for all levels and cannot recommend enough. If you have never tried crossfit or looking for a new gym this is 100% worth checking out.”

Neil the assistant manager continues to assist the staff and I actually picking up machines or vacuum underneath them etc. The location is spotless! “I've been a member for one week and absolutely love it! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They make sure your form is good and you're pushing yourself to do the best you can. Your meal plan is spelled out clearly. No calorie chasing. Just eat 3 meals a day. I feel like I've already lost inches and feel better in general. It's all in the name "Motivate" fitness.”

“Absolutely love this gym! The owners are really friendly, everyone is courteous and as a woman I feel comfortable working out here. I usually come by myself and never have an issue using the equipment I want. Only downside is there’s only one stairmaster, BUT usually no one is on there longer than 10-15 minutes so I usually I can either warm up or get my cardio done. If you’re looking for a gym that has a really good neighborly vibe…this is it.(S/N: free weights/squat rack/hack squat/TRX/ and more all here!)”
