I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I will continue to contact them for all of my theater, and audio and video requirements. Absolutely a Five Star company!”

“Currently metro customer switching plans cause they Wi-Fi sucks even when you just pay your bill however called boost to switch and Carlos got me all straight and square even calmed my anxiety over metro by explaining my services costs of product and plans that I’ll be recording with boost!!! I came in after being with T-Mobile for 13 years, and honestly the main reason I made the switch was because of Brianni. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She handled three activations, upgraded my phones, set up my home WiFi, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She even helped me recover forgotten passwords and locked-out iCloud accounts, and stayed patient through every step. She walked me through every detail and made sure everything was set up correctly — down to making sure all my apps were downloaded and working perfectly.
I genuinely appreciate a representative who is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping people. A lot of phone stores focus only on making the sale, but Brianni goes above and beyond to make sure you’re fully taken care of.
