“This was my first time meeting Helen. She was a little late but we waited and I’m so glad we did! I was taking my future daughter in-law to have her wedding dress altered. Helen came highly recommend by my friend. Helen made us both feel very comfortable and she listened to what the bride wanted. She did all of the alterations right there in front of us! Even sewing the hem and sewing a Bustle in the dress. She was VERY reasonable in price. I won’t take my dry cleaning to anyone else. We highly recommend this sweet lady Helen! “My dryer is broke and will be for several days. Needed to wash some laundry, so I was scoping out laundromats for the weekend. I haven't been to a laundromat in DECADES, so I was a bit intimidated going in to The Laundry Hub, and my expectations were pretty low. As soon as I entered I noticed how clean & organized everything looked. 2 seconds later the woman who works there greeted me, and away it went. I wish I asked her name because she is an amazing person. Very friendly, walked me through the entire process. I was so impressed that I drove home (1/2 hour away) got the laundry & returned. Same thing. She greeted me at the door, ensured I understood EVERY SINGLE PROCESS and showed me how to do them. The machines are clean (spotless). Functioned flawlessly, quickly, and my clothes came out very clean & dry. This place is an oasis in a sea of businesses that have no clue how to attract & retain customers. A tremendous experience from the moment you enter, to the moment you leave. I was there Friday 2/13 around 1PM. Whomever that awesome woman is (she left when I was absorbed in my phone) I would like to thank her for being an exceptional human being. And thank you to the business owner for the exceptional experience you have created.”
“Go here for men's formal wear, period. The quality of their attire and work is excellent, it was easy to call or schedule online, and they are friendly and dedicated to their customers. I needed a tuxedo in two days and they were willing to make it happen! Then, when my plans suddenly changed again, they worked with me for a fair solution. They've been here for 50 years for a reason. Visit the store for a tux, you won't regret it!”

“Great service with new owners. Turn around time is quick- usually about 2-3 days but if you're in a pinch and can bring it ASAP in the morning, they can get it done by the end of the evening. AWESOME tailoring and alterations- have brought bridesmaid dresses and long formal gowns that have been fitted perfectly. They do leather/suede like UGGs and jackets/coats- they do not come out looking brand new bc well duh, leather/suede wears as it normally does. But def comes out cleaner and refreshed than before. My UGGs had salt stains from the winter that were cleaned off. Honestly saved me from throwing out and buying a new pair. I've also brought tablecloths, napkins, sheets, comforters- all cleaned with no harsh smells. The older lady doesn't speak the best English but the middle aged lady (I think is the new owner) is super sweet, honest, and realistic about expectations. Recommend to anyone in the area!”

“I am in Doylestown for a 2 month holiday and have been to this laundromat place twice now and I am pleasantly surprised. First time I was in, the owner was there, very helpful as I had issues paying with contactless, he was mopping and cleaning the place. You can exchange your notes for coins there, buy detergent and overall is super clean and tidy. I enjoy sitting outside while I wait for my laundry. I will definitely be back! Machines are modern and easy to use. Thank you so much :-)”

“First and foremost, it’s a laundromat. I’ll say, however, it’s clean and very well maintained. I have never been there once without seeing staff working. Constantly. The machines work, plenty of machine size choices, and always a cart available. Parking seems like it would be a problem, but never is. Lastly, I love that the wash prices INCLUDE dryer time based on your machine choice. I’ll keep coming back ?”
