“I thought I would try this PO (1925 Keith Rd. in Abington) out. I usually go to the one on Easton Rd.
The lady who waited on me was making faces to the other customers as if something was wrong and didn't realize I could see her from my peripheral vision. She would straighten her face every time I looked her way to ask a question. I wasn't a difficult customer, I just had to do a few things at once. Either way, she may need another vacation or something because her behavior was very inappropriate.”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“We needed passport help for our family of 7 and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. We needed to renew some and apply for others and needed them all within a month. We went to the Southampton post office mainly to ask questions and get the correct forms we needed. We were greeted by Suzy with a smile and friendly personality. We immediately felt a sense of relief. Suzy went above and beyond to ease our worries and also helped us start the process for our passports. She was very helpful in guiding us to what would work best for our family and our timeline. Suzy is an absolute asset to this team and was exactly what we needed that day.
