They worked with me and we coordinated pick up and drop. Very smooth from start to finish and they took great care of getting my car on and off the tow truck. “Dale and his talented team are wonderful. My son’s car was hit in a parking lot and had a huge dent with many scratches. I called Dale on a Monday morning and went right in for an estimate, after receiving several high estimates from others. The car was dropped off on that Wednesday morning and ready for pick up that afternoon. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage done! I highly recommend the PDR repair. It was very reasonably priced, an exceptional repair, and was quick. We are very pleased with the whole process and will return for any future body work needs.”

“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
“Great customer service. Dedicated to fixing the problem the right way. All the gentlemen are awesome and helpful and explain anything you may have questions with. Pleased with the work that I has been done or gotten done and to be done in the future. Staff seems great, just not sure A/C is something they specialize in on cars 25 years old.
Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

Don and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with whichever way you slice it: fair and clear pricing, awesome quality of work, professional, but just as importantly Don seems to be genuinely excited about the work they do and for that reason they go an extra mile! I will probably be one of the more annoying customers who just doesn't know how things work, so I have 101 questions about everything, but every step of the way everything was clarified, explained, and I was treated with utmost respect. I chose VP Auto Works Collision Repair based on personal recommendation and because the location was convenient, now I would be happy to drive a different state, if need be! They are that good! “as a professional auto repair establishment we've dealt with everyone at wrightstown used auto parts store for many years and have always had the best service that anyone could ask for. they have gone way beyond what i expect to help us out. this family run business deserves 10 plus stars. please if you read these reviews and make a decision based on what you read disregard the unfavorable review left by hummingbird007. obviously he has not dealt with these folks before. to expect the only person there to leave the business counter and phones unattended to walk out in a field to pick interior trim pieces off a vehicle in the rain is way beyond any normal persons reasonable expectation. for him there are plenty of u-pull-it part yards. joe derkits”

“I've been bringing cars to Chuck's since I started driving. I moved a bit further away a few years ago and started taking my car to a closer shop. I noticed a dramatically lower quality of service to the point where I'd need to return my car multiple times for the same issues.Pretty quickly, I decided to drive the extra distance (past 3 or 4 other auto-shops) to bring my car to Chuck's again, and I haven't been disappointed.”

“Was coming in from out of time and a cop told me my back lights were all out. My grandma pointed us towards 5 points and we went. The place was closed when we arrived but William Davis, the service manager was outside. He fixed my lights despite being closed. It was the kindest gesture. My grandma and I are so grateful. Moments like that are worth writing a little review for. Thanks so much Mr. Davis, you are such a great individual. I am so grateful for your help today!”
“George Santilli evaluated my 2018 Volvo S60 (40,000 miles) after dealer said I needed a new trans costing over $12,000. George recommended holding off on dealer replacement and contact Volvo USA. They sent factory rebuilt to dealer and my total cost was $3,000 (labor). George mentored me during this process and when I offered a consultants fee he declined any payment. George did a complete analysis of the transmission, kept my car enclosed in his garage for several days, and did several road tests. An honest master mechanic who deserves community recognition. Also, Volvo USA stepped up big time!”
