“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. “My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”

“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”

Don and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with whichever way you slice it: fair and clear pricing, awesome quality of work, professional, but just as importantly Don seems to be genuinely excited about the work they do and for that reason they go an extra mile! I will probably be one of the more annoying customers who just doesn't know how things work, so I have 101 questions about everything, but every step of the way everything was clarified, explained, and I was treated with utmost respect. I chose VP Auto Works Collision Repair based on personal recommendation and because the location was convenient, now I would be happy to drive a different state, if need be! They are that good! Pleased with the work that I has been done or gotten done and to be done in the future. Staff seems great, just not sure A/C is something they specialize in on cars 25 years old.
Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

“This was my first time using Brian's Towing for a VW Touareg TDI Diesel SUV with frozen fuel that wouldn't start. As a German-made vehicle, they require the utmost care when being transported, not under their own power. Brian himself (the owner) arrived quickly, notifying me by text when he was on his way and upon his arrival. He has a flatbed tow truck, which is just what my vehicle needed. He loaded it carefully and even allowed me to join him in the truck for the ride to the dealership. Overall, the cost was fair, and the conversation lively, as he is a resident of the local Ambler/Maple Glen/Hatboro/Horsham area.
