“Had an extremely positive experience opening a checking account today at the 3903 Washington Road, Canonsburg, PA Branch. Cody was very helpful, professional, respectful and explained things very clearly so I could get the type of checking account best suited for my needs. He answered any questions I had.I did call ahead late in the morning to make an appointment for that afternoon and there were no issues at all. The whole process took about 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hr 30 minutes. My promotional coupon was accepted without issue.This was PERSONALIZED banking, which is the type of banking for which I was looking ( not just sign here and go).I also met Andrew, the Branch Manager, who was also very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating.I highly recommend this CHASE BRANCH, as they take the time to make sure all details are covered and customer satisfaction was clearly their #1 concern!”
