“We have lived here for 16 years. The leasing office staff has always been responsive and helpful to any requests or problems. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. There is normally a follow up, to make sure that your problem has been sufficiently resolved. The landscapers keep the grounds well maintained throughout the year. At this stage of our lives, we are very satisfied with our apartment at Hershey Heights and plan to stay as long as possible.”
