Tour came awesome, love the environment and We will have a garage ( this was a must on my searching criteria). Elizabeth the manager set up a tour for me even though she was going on vacation. “Lived here in a pre-furnished apartment on the 21st floor for about a 3/4 of a year. I found it very agreeable - parking could be a little bit annoying at times, but I don’t think I ever had to resort to street parking. The pre-furnished apartment was very nice, and the view was pretty great - seeing a hawk flying eye level with you is a wonderful thing. Unfortunately, the smell of someone else’s marijuana seeped into my apartment at times, but I was largely able to keep it under control with room fresheners. I’ve included the view from my window. I had the occasional issue with having an available dryer, but I moved out in 2022, so I don’t know if anything has changed since. I would give it an overall recommend.”

“A positive experience! I lived at Executive House for a year and I really enjoyed my time there. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is timely. When building issues occur they are clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverfront is a major plus!”
