Executive House Apartments, 101 S 2nd St #2, Harrisburg PA 17101
“A positive experience! I lived at Executive House for a year and I really enjoyed my time there. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is timely. When building issues occur they are clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverfront is a major plus!”

“I have not moved in yet, but so far my experience with the leasing office has been nothing short of exceptional. Amanda is probably the most helpful leasing agent I've ever worked with; she is very quick to respond, extremely polite, and very knowledgable about the community! I had my initial tour with her and her commitment to the complex made my decision to rent with them a no-brainer! I am very excited to call this community home with the continued support from their leasing office! Update: I have moved in since writing this review and everything has been great so far! Specifically the maintenance team- they are all phenomenal but Tim especially has been on his A game with any minor fixes I’ve needed. He is friendly, reliable, and I am always extremely satisfied with the work he does!”

“So far I love it here the parking can be a little congested. I think we all must have more than one vehicle but my apartment is great and I always loved renting from PMI.”

“I didn't actually rent at this apartment, but I had a great customer service experience through Matthew who always answered my questions every time I called. If he didn't know the answers he would get back to me and he always did”

“Lived there for 4 years and the building is nice. Great amenities, lovely area. The building crew that works there is all Amazing. Especially the cleaning lady Ms.Juanita. Not sure how one person can clean the entire building the outside of the building and even keep the three levels of garages clean & the pool area in the summertime but she does an amazing job of getting it done. God bless her. I truly enjoyed living in these luxury apartments, and the building crew did an amazing job at making sure the building stayed looking luxurious”

“This is a pleasant peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day no stresses around this place. Dogs are just safe and controlled and I’m going to miss not seeing all the dogs and walkers so this has been a fun stay for me and somewhat a grown-up wish”
