He was very gentle with my watch, was extremely polite and only charged me five bucks. Prior to stopping there I had gone to batteries & bulbs, and Mountz jewelers. Each of those places wanted 15 to 20 $ to replace the battery. I will always go to Battery Warehouse for my watch battery needs. The customer service and the price was amazing.
