“Store owner Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in looking to replace a pair of old red wing boots that I loved. He was able to get me squared away quickly and had great customer service. I definatly will be a customer for life. Redwing boots are comfy, reliable and protective for any blue collar worker. Only problem is the outlets parking lot.. If you ride motorcycle here, be prepared to feel like you're in a maze!”
“We got a foot of snow and I needed new steel toe boots. This was the only place open anywhere near York that sold steel toes in women’s sizes in store! The manager and the cashier were phenomenal. I felt terrible needing these the day after a snow storm but I’m so grateful the manager and Kaiya were so dedicated.”

“If I could give more stars I would!I went in earlier this week and my shoes had so many holes in them that my toes were coming out!The sweet lady listen to my feet issues and she helped me find the perfect pair! I even had luck with a 2nd pair.My feet haven't felt this good in a long time!I left my old shoes there because they send them off to be recycled into playground mulch. “Needed some boots for work that are hopefully more comfortable than my current pair. And was reluctant to do that much driving on my day off. Turned out it was worth the trip. They had a buy 1 get 2nd half off.. or buy 2 and get 3rd free. I opted for the half off. Felt good walking around in store. Now to see how my feet feel after being on them all day at work.”

“We are from out of town and came in today to find some new clothes. There are not outlet stores close to where we live and we went to lots of shops today. The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. It made for an awkward situation. We got a mix of clothes and were happy to find some things! It was clean and well put together there. Hope to stop next time we are in town!”
“Went out of their way!!! My 4 year old granddaughter is level 3 autistic non verbal and over stimulated but needed shoes. My daughter went in explained and they came out and let her try on a pair for size right in her car seat. Best shopping experience.. going above and beyond!!!!”
“Excellent service, good selection for an outlet. I went in looking for snow boots, was not disappointed. They had a BOGO sale, also bought a nice pair of flats for work. I go there twice a year. They have man-made "leather" and real leather, which is what I prefer.The snow boots pictured are real leather, fit well, and are very comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would!”

True to the quality of Columbia, this location is top notch! They have a great selection and a little bit of something for everyone. The employee are so knowledgeable and friendly. “They must have made some improvements, because I've had great experiences every time since my first visit two years ago. Nothing close to what the previous reviews indicate. There's a nice variety of quality merchandise, too. Online order returns are easy here as well, but I recommend starting the process on the website and bringing the printed confirmation. It goes faster that way.”
