“About a week ago, I had a motorcycle accident. Dingman's was the tow company called by PA State Police. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and compassionate, asking if I was Ok. He explained all my options and I decided to have my bike towed to their yard. During the drive we were able to have a conversation, and again I found him to be friendly yet professional. Once we arrived at the yard, he again checked to make sure I was ok. They worked well with my insurance company and all was taken care of. The thing that most impressed me was the fact they took the time to recover two "gremlin bells" from my bike and send them to me. I can't thank them enough for that. “I purchased a Volkswagen Eos today.For a 13 year old car, it's in great shape. The owner was super nice. I reached out to him about coming today. He said he was closed for the holiday weekend but would come in if I wanted him to. My wife and I dove 1 1/2 hours to look at the car.He was very honest. Told me about a check engine light that came on. He didn't have to do that because the light was off.Very clean shop and facility. If one of my kids needs a car, I will be looking at his inventory for sure.I had to add my plate as soon as I got home. Lol”

“I got a nail in my tire right before getting on the highway for a 115 mile trek home. Tire was completely flat and it was late in the day to find a tire shop that could help on short notice. AAA arranged for H&S to pick me up and get me home. The driver did a quick assessment of the damage and offered to plug the hole so I could get on the road instead of towing me all the way home. The shop was right around the corner and he had the job done in 10 minutes. He got me back on the road and the expense was minimal. I never got his name/truck number, but he was a young guy with red hair. He made the experience much less stressful and I'd recommend H&S to anyone in the Harrisburg area who finds themselves in a jam with their vehicle.”
“My wife's battery died in the middle of a rain storm. After contacting MARS towing, they were able to get someone out right away! Carlos was awesome! He was able to jump her car and provide expertise on what was really wrong with her car and what I could do. My only issue was I was told I would be charged twice if a jump start did not work and it had to be towed (one for the jump start service call and one for the tow service call). Overall, I would recommend MARS towing for your towing and jump start needs.”
