Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly but their parts are far superior to other automotive stores.I needed front calipers for my vehicle, but they didn't have them in stock. The staff immediately checked other stores in our area and found them at two different locations. They ran to both locations and brought them to the Dallas store for me that day! “What a difference! I took a chance and went to the store in Dallas. I was absolutely delighted. I had been to the store in Hazleton multiple times and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I would not go back to the Hazleton store if they were the last store carrying the part I needed. The Dallas store was clean well organized and the staff was extremely helpful. I will absolutely go back there again. Candidly A&A Auto parts should drop the Hazleton store they are giving them a bad name.”
