“I have been going to this location on and off since 2024. My husband went with me in 2024 because we were taking things our son left behind. And in 2025 I have been taking things my husband left behind I have no use for. Most of the people that work there are good and they take care of you. If they are busy they ask for your patience. I will say some employees offer you more then others. But I have always been treated well.”

He let me know about all of the promotions I qualified for, answered all of the questions I had with the new phone, and explained what to expect my future Verizon bills to look like. I went to two Apple stores today for this phone with no luck (lack of inventory and poor customer service) but on the plus side of those poor visits I found someone that I trust and will be recommending!
