“I was in the willow grove store on 8 -16-26 looking for laptops with my friend. Kenzy was our sales associate and was extremely helpful and welcoming from the start. She spent the better part of an hour with us if not more. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we had, and we had alot of questions. She took her time, was very detailed and did everything to see us happy. When it came time for payment she offered different options that we were able to take advantage of and get financing. I highly recommend her to all customers, and thank you so so much for making our day with your positivity.”

I’ve been dealing with an issue for almost a year that has kept my daughter from communicating with her friends and family with her tablet. Apple online support and AT&T online/in store support could not help me at all but these two individuals were able to solve the issue. They both stayed with me and my daughter even after operating hours to see it through to the end. Above and beyond is not even close to their effort.
