“I’m a fan of this gym and location. If I have any complaints it’s the way the classes take up the section where you can freely work out. I do wish they scheduled the classes more spaced out so they could take place in the room separate to the free space or if they at least split the area up. There’s always more than one class going at once so there’s rarely space in the free areas until they are done. If you come up while there’s a class in the free space, it’s hard to find a spot to workout and it feels like that class is the only priority even though we all pay for membership. It’s not the worst thing to deal with at a gym but sometimes can be a little frustrating if the class is super full. But otherwise I never have issues and really love coming to this gym”
“My husband and I had an excellent experience signing up for a membership at LA Fitness on County Line Road, and we owe a big thank you to the general manager, Tino. From the moment we walked in, Tino was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
This was our second time signing up with LA Fitness, and we were impressed by the level of care and detail that Tino provided. Unlike our first experience at a different location—where a lot of important details were glossed over—Tino took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He made sure we understood all aspects of our membership, and he answered all of our questions and we had A LOT of questions.
Tino truly goes above and beyond for his members. It’s rare to find someone so committed and dependable in customer service these days, but Tino is exactly that—a man of his word.
Thanks TINO!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“If you know anything about gym equipment then you know this is a good gym. Some of the best equipment in the area (Atlantis pendulum squat, a plethora of nautilus nitro machines, aswell as cybex eagle machines etc). Only issue I have is that if your looking for someone to open the door for you while you don’t have a key (I.e you forgot it or it’s your first time) you’ll have to wait over 20 minutes for a Good Samaritan to open it, because there is no reception at hand sometimes.”
